Erica Roberts

I bought my first property at age 19 and have been trading up ever since! In 2007, I started buying distressed properties, fixing them and flipping them as well as acquiring rental properties. Prior to getting involved with real estate, I worked in Project Management for various local businesses and then Sales Operations Management for Hewlett-Packard. I have an undergraduate degree in Marketing and also have an MBA. Since becoming licensed in 2014, I have sold almost 100 homes and have gotten my Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation, my Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation as well as the Certified Hyperlocal Real Estate Specialist (CHRES) designation and the Certified Probate Expert (CPE) designation. I believe in being an informed, educated Realtor and I enjoy helping my clients to become educated buyers and sellers who make decisions that they are happy with.

I am a semi-native of Colorado Springs and love everything this city has to offer from the great weather and local trails to the wonderful arts and restaurant scene. I specialize in the Colorado Springs, Peyton, Security, Widefield, and Fountain areas and enjoy working with first time home buyers, the Military, and Personal Representatives going through the Probate process.  The probate process can be a bit overwhelming, but I am here to help!  I promise to listen to you and educate you on the process of buying or selling in this ever-changing market so that you can avoid pitfalls, make the most profit, and have this large purchase or sale be as stress-free as possible!

When I’m not out showing houses, I enjoy riding my bike, playing pickleball, doing crafty things and being with my husband and 2 girls.
